By submitting an order and/or payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms, which form the entire agreement between you and Native Book Publishers.

  • “Customer,” “You,” or “Yours” refer to you or anyone submitting an order on your behalf.
  • “Company,” “We,” or “Our” refer to Native Book Publishers, the owner and operator of this Website.
  • “Product” or “Service” means all services and products we provide to you as part of your order.
  • “Order” means a request made by phone or through our Website to purchase a Product, confirmed by payment via credit card, debit card, bank wire, or PayPal.

Our Services

When you submit an order and payment, you are purchasing the product for your personal use. Refunds are available if you are dissatisfied with the quality, and we may revise the work based on your feedback. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before placing an order.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made within 120 days of delivery. Refunds claimed after that period will not be considered.

Change of mind

If you decide not to continue with your project, you may request a refund within the first hour after placing your order. After that, a 40% processing fee will apply.

Delivery not as requested

If the delivered work does not meet your documented requirements, we will offer unlimited revisions and may reassign or rewrite your project to ensure your satisfaction. You may also choose to reserve free pages of equal value for future use. If we still cannot deliver what you asked for, a refund will be processed on a mutually agreed percentage, but only when the work is clearly off the mark.

Late delivery

We are committed to on-time delivery. If we fail to deliver on time and you have attempted to contact us at least three times, a refund will be processed once documented evidence shows the delay was our fault.

No refund will be issued for late delivery caused by minor technical errors (grammar, typing, word count, missing references, etc.) — such cases will be settled with partial refunds or discounts on future purchases. Refunds will not be given for low-quality writing alone, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the client.
